Mosaic Life Care seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role covers support, configuration, and mentoring across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tools.

Responsibilities include collaborating with finance and IT, guiding ERP design and integrations, and driving process improvements. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years ERP experience required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing and support.

Mansioni

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance improvements.
• Report project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
