Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare seeks an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support the Oracle ERP implementation, focusing on UAT and Parallel Testing for billing scenarios. You will partner with Billing, AR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and ERP project resources to document scenarios, run tests, validate outputs, and help ensure readiness for go-live.

The role requires collaboration across functions, strong analytical skills, and experience with Excel and testing trackers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related field is desired.
2+ years of billing, revenue operations, ERP, finance operations, project accounting, staffing operations, or related business process experience is desired.
2-5 years’ experience supporting UAT, Parallel Testing, system implementation, billing validation, or operational readiness activities required.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and Parallel Testing with cross-functional teams.
Execute UAT test scripts, document results, and validate Oracle ERP billing outputs.
Support Parallel Testing by validating transactions and reconciling variances.
Review billing calculations and customer invoice outputs for accuracy.
Document defects with scenario details and retest outcomes in project tools.
Coordinate with IT, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
