Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support Oracle ERP implementations, focusing on UAT and Parallel Testing for billing scenarios. You will collaborate with Billing, AR, Payroll, IT, and project teams to document scenarios and validate outputs.

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years in UAT/testing, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication to drive issue resolution and business readiness for go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of billing, revenue operations, ERP, finance operations, project accounting, staffing operations, or related experience is desired.
• 2-5 years' experience supporting UAT, Parallel Testing, system implementation, billing validation, or readiness activities is required.
• Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, PPM, Contracts, or Project Billing exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to review billing outputs, identify variances, and document findings clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel and testing trackers, issue logs, shared files, and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and Parallel Testing.
• Execute UAT test scripts, document results, gather evidence, and confirm Oracle ERP functionality meets billing requirements.
• Support Parallel Testing by validating billing transactions, compare results, investigate discrepancies, and escalate variances.
• Review billing calculations, customer invoice outputs, contract/project billing scenarios, adjustments, and downstream impacts.
• Document testing defects with scenario details, evidence, expected vs actual results, and business impact.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, IT, project managers, SMEs, and production billing leads to resolve issues.
• Assist in documenting future-state billing processes, job aids, and sign-off materials.
• Provide timely status updates on testing activities, risks, defects, and readiness concerns.
• All other duties as assigned.
