Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support the Oracle ERP implementation, focusing on UAT and Parallel Testing for billing scenarios. You will collaborate with Billing, AR, Payroll, IT, and ERP teams to document scenarios, execute tests, validate outputs, and help ensure readiness for go-live.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with UAT testing, and proficiency in Excel. Healthcare billing knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information technology, healthcare admin, or related field is desired.
2+ years of billing, revenue operations, ERP, finance operations, or related experience is desired.
2-5 years' experience supporting UAT, Parallel Testing, system implementation, billing validation, or operational readiness activities required.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and Parallel Testing.
Execute UAT test scripts; document results and evidence; ensure Oracle ERP supports requirements.
