Job summary

Exelon Corporation in Washington, DC is seeking a Security Administrator - IT to design, govern, and execute Oracle ERP and OCI security controls, with primary accountability for SOX-compliant access management, role creation, and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with Internal Audit, SOX Compliance, IT, and finance to ensure access controls are effective, scalable, and defensible, while providing complete audit evidence and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline with 2–4 years' security administration, IAM, or application/security experience.
• Hands-on Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and OCI IAM experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, governance, standards, lifecycle management, and ongoing rationalization of Oracle ERP and OCI roles, translating business and infrastructure needs into secure, least-privilege access models.
• Support SOX access controls for Oracle ERP and OCI by ensuring ITGCs and application controls operate effectively, and maintain control narratives and documentation.
• Govern privileged access across Oracle ERP and OCI with formal approvals, least-privilege alignment, periodic reviews, and timely access changes.
• Address identified control gaps in Security Administration and IAM, resolve role design and SoD issues, and ensure solutions meet business requirements and service levels.
• Support governance forums, track control and provisioning metrics, and identify opportunities to automate role assignments and audit evidence collection.
