Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Lead Security Administrator to design, govern, and execute Oracle ERP SAAS and OCI security controls with primary accountability for SOX-compliant access management and audit readiness. The role leads a security team and partners with Internal Audit, SOX Compliance, IT and finance to ensure scalable, defensible access controls.

This is a hybrid role (in-office with remote flexibility) in Exelon’s US service area, requiring in-office presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline and 4-7 years' relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, application support, cloud computing, disaster recovery or 6-9 years equivalent combination of education and comparable work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and absorb changes to major assignments while maintaining a high level of performance.
• Demonstrates excellence in configuration management and ability to work with auditors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, planning, maintenance and operations across cloud, non-cloud and hybrid cloud models.
• Develop future improvement plans, migrations strategies, and project schedules with leadership.
• Mentor team members and ensure solutions meet business requirements and SLAs.
• Provide guidance on risk, disaster recovery planning and DR readiness.
