Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Sr. Systems Admin 2 - Lead Security Administrator to design and govern Oracle ERP SAAS security and OCI access, with primary responsibility for SOX-compliant access management.

You will lead a security team and partner with Internal Audit, SOX, IT, and finance to keep access controls effective and auditable. In this hybrid role, you will mentor engineers, drive cloud and on-prem security initiatives, and support a large, complex enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline required.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure or security experience preferred.
• Experience leading security/IAM teams and coordinating with auditors.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls, access management, and least privilege.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and security controls for Oracle ERP SAAS and OCI.
• Own Oracle role architecture and access controls across ERP and OCI.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with Internal Audit, SOX, IT, and Finance.
• Ensure audit readiness and scalable, defensible access management.
• Provide guidance on risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, and security best practices.
