Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Lead Security Administrator to design, govern, and execute Oracle ERP Fusion and OCI security controls, with primary accountability for SOX‑compliant access management, role creation, and audit readiness. You will lead a security team and partner with Internal Audit, SOX Compliance, IT, and finance to ensure robust, scalable controls.

This is a hybrid in‑office role with three in‑office days weekly; eligible offices include IL, PA, MD, or DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 4–7 years' relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, application support, cloud computing, disaster recovery or 6–9 years equivalent.
• Experience in security administration, IAM, or application cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects, planning, maintenance and operations. Provide technical expertise for cloud/hybrid/on-prem services.
• Develops future improvement plans, resource requirements, migrations strategies, and project schedules.
• Mentors junior team members and ensures solutions meet business requirements and metrics.
• Supports security and audit readiness, including SOX controls and access governance.
• Maintains knowledge of security practices and keeps leadership informed.
