Job summary

Exelon Corporation in the Baltimore area seeks a Lead Security Administrator to design and govern Oracle ERP Fusion security and OCI access. You will own role architecture, ensure SOX-compliant access, and mentor a security team across ERP and cloud environments.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with Internal Audit, IT and finance, 24/7 on-call readiness during outages, and in-office presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years' IT infrastructure support, application support, cloud computing, disaster recovery or 6–9 years' equivalent experience.
• Experience leading or supervising security or IAM teams; audit engagement experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP (Fusion), OCI IAM, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects, planning, maintenance and operations; advise leadership and teams to optimize cloud/hybrid/on-prem service delivery.
• Develops future improvement plans, migration strategies, and project schedules to improve service delivery.
• Establishes evaluation, testing, and lab solutions; mentors in deployments and SLA adherence.
• Provides risk guidance during business impact analysis and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintains technical knowledge and coaches junior staff.
