Exelon is seeking a Lead Security Administrator to design, govern, and implement Oracle ERP SAAS and OCI security controls with a focus on SOX-compliant access management and audit readiness. The role leads a team of security administrators, owning Oracle role architecture across ERP and OCI, and partners with Internal Audit, SOX Compliance, IT, and finance to ensure scalable, defensible access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 4–7 years of IT infrastructure or security experience.
• Demonstrated mastery of SOX access controls and Oracle role architecture.
• Experience leading security/IAM teams and coordinating with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and execution of Oracle ERP and OCI security controls.
• Oversight of SOX-compliant access management and audit readiness.
• Mentor security administrators and provide technical guidance; lead key projects.
