Exelon seeks a Lead Security Administrator to design, govern and execute Oracle ERP SAAS and OCI security controls with primary accountability for SOX-compliant access management, role creation, and audit readiness. This senior role leads security admins and partners with Internal Audit, IT, and finance to ensure scalable, defensible access controls.

The role requires hands-on configuration, mentoring, and leadership across cloud, non-cloud and hybrid models.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline; 4–7 years IT infra/app support, cloud, DR or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates excellence in configuration management and problem solving.
• Strong ability to negotiate with customers and influence changes in service levels.
• Demonstrates ownership of SOX access controls and audit engagement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects/maintenance; advise leadership to optimize cloud, hybrid, and on-prem services. (30%)
• Develop future improvement plans, migration strategies, and schedules with stakeholders. (25%)
• Mentor teammates; ensure solutions meet business requirements and SLAs. (25%)
• Support disaster recovery planning and risk assessments; define procedures. (15%)
