Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Lead Security Administrator to design, govern, and execute Oracle ERP SAAS and OCI security controls, with primary accountability for SOX-compliant access management, role creation, and audit readiness. This role leads a team of security admins, partnering with Internal Audit and finance stakeholders.

The Sr./Lead role includes broad IT security leadership, cloud/hybrid hosting considerations, and guidance across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 4–7 years' IT infrastructure support, security, or cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP (Fusion), Oracle OCI, and IAM concepts.
• Experience designing and managing SOX access controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead security administrators and own Oracle role architecture across ERP and OCI.
• Ensure SOX access controls are effective, scalable, and audit-ready.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and manage on-call coverage for incidents.
