Exelon Corporation seeks a Lead Security Administrator to design, govern, and execute Oracle ERP SAAS and OCI security controls, focusing on SOX-compliant access management, role creation, and audit readiness. You will lead a security team, partner with Internal Audit, SOX Compliance, IT, and finance to ensure scalable access controls within a large enterprise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 4-7 years' relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, application support, cloud computing, disaster recovery or 6-9 years equivalent combination of education and comparable work experience.
• Demonstrates mastery of the best practices in practical applications of a difficult nature.
• Demonstrated consulting, presentation, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated expert proficiency in related technologies such as storage, compute, database, collaboration, application design, and cloud hosting.

Responsabilidades

• Leads projects, planning, maintenance and operations. Consults and advises leadership, project teams, application/service support teams and end users to optimize availability and performance analysis for changes related to cloud, non-cloud and hybrid cloud models.
• Work closely with leadership to develop future improvement plans, resource requirements, migrations strategies, and project schedules for improved service delivery.
• Establish evaluation, testing, lab and mockup solutions; mentor in deployments to operations; ensure solutions meet business requirements and metrics (SLAs).
• Provide feedback to leadership on risks identified during business impact analysis and disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor less experienced team members and interns; coach on security best practices.
