Job summary

The assignment supports the implementation of a new Oracle ERP/EPM/HCM system and lasts approximately 12 months. A strong background in instructional design, Oracle experience, and the ability to create engaging training materials are required to ensure the organization is well-prepared to utilize the Oracle system.

Qualifications

• Bachelorf degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably with a focus on Oracle systems or similar software implementations.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
