Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and LMS.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the implementation partner, SMEs and HCM project team to understand system functionalities and user requirements.
Design and develop training materials including e-learning modules, guides, job aids and video tutorials.
Create engaging, interactive learning experiences adaptable to diverse learners.
Conduct needs assessments and align training with implementation goals.
Facilitate training sessions in person or virtually to support HCM implementation.
Partner with Change Management to align process training with the change roadmap.
