Job summary

New Age Technologies is seeking a Corporate Training & eLearning Consultant for a 6-month contract in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate will design and develop engaging online training modules using Articulate 360 while delivering both virtual and in-person training for Oracle software. This role requires expertise in instructional design, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on experience with Oracle systems. The consultant must pass background checks and drug screening, and must have proper work authorization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing high-quality, interactive, and responsive online courses using Articulate 360.
• Direct, hands-on experience training users on Oracle Cloud ERP and/or HCM modules.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience facilitating software training in virtual and in-person classrooms.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles to create clear digital learning paths.
• Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and adaptable Corporate Training & eLearning Consultant to support the organization-wide implementation of our new Oracle Finance and HR cloud systems.

In this dual-impact role, you will not only facilitate live training but also design and build interactive online training modules. You will translate complex Oracle system processes into highly engaging, easy-to-follow learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing custom digital learning solutions using Articulate software, alongside delivering high-energy virtual webinars and hands-on, in-person training.

Key Responsibilities

• eLearning Development: Design and develop interactive, modern, and engaging online training modules, quick-reference guides, and simulations using the Articulate 360 suite (Rise 360 and Storyline 360) to support self-paced Oracle learning.
• Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver comprehensive, engaging live training sessions for the new Oracle system. This includes facilitating large-scale virtual webinars and conducting structured, interactive in-person workshops.
• Adoption Support: Act as a change champion, leveraging empathy and clear, people-first communication to ease the transition and drive high user adoption.
• Feedback & Iteration: Gather real-time feedback from training participants to identify learning gaps and rapidly update Articulate modules and training materials as system processes are refined.

Required Qualifications

• Articulate Expertise: Proven experience developing high-quality, interactive, and responsive online courses using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline). (Portfolio samples or design examples preferred).
• Oracle System Experience: Direct, hands-on experience navigating and training users on Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) and/or Oracle Cloud HCM (HR) modules.
• Dual-Delivery Expertise: Minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 3–5] years of experience facilitating professional software training in both virtual environments (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex) and traditional, in-person classrooms.
• Instructional Design & Adult Learning: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, with the ability to translate technical Oracle workflows into clear, practical, and intuitive digital learning paths.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding public speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a patient and supportive approach to helping users navigate technology changes.
