Job summary

CAREERXCHANGE, Inc. seeks a Technical Instructional Designer (Contract) to design and deliver training for a large-scale cloud ERP rollout in Hollywood, FL. This role blends instructional design expertise with experience supporting system implementations and organizational change.

You will create ILT, e-learning, job aids, and guides; partner with HR, SMEs, and stakeholders; translate complex processes into materials; and help drive user adoption and training effectiveness across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, e-learning development, or corporate training.
• Experience supporting software implementations or major organizational change initiatives.
• Strong expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• ERP implementations or Oracle Cloud Fusion experience preferred.

Technical Instructional Designer (Contract) Location: Hollywood, FL (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a talented Technical Instructional Designer to support a large-scale enterprise software implementation initiative. This role will play a key part in designing and delivering training programs as employees transition to a new cloud-based ERP platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines instructional design expertise with experience supporting system implementations, organizational change, or enterprise software rollouts.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning and training solutions for employees
• Create instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, guides, and blended learning content
• Partner with Human Resources, Training & Development teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and department stakeholders
• Translate complex business processes into user-friendly learning materials
• Support the rollout of a new enterprise software platform across multiple departments

What We're Looking For

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and learning content development tools
• Experience working with HR-related training programs strongly preferred

Additional Requirements
