Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the implementation partner, SMEs and HCM project team to understand system functionalities and user requirements.
• Design and develop training materials including e-learning modules, guides, job aids and video tutorials.
• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences adaptable to diverse learners.
• Conduct needs assessments and align training with implementation goals.
• Facilitate training sessions in person or virtually to support HCM implementation.
• Partner with Change Management to align process training with the change roadmap.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably with a focus on Oracle systems or similar software implementations.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and learning management systems (LMS).
• Certification in instructional design or HCM systems (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

MAJOR DUTIES

• Collaborate with the implementation partner, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the HCM project team to understand system functionalities and user requirements.
• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including e-learning modules, user guides, job aids, and video tutorials.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that are adaptable to various learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training requirements to ensure alignment with implementation goals.
• Facilitate training sessions if needed, both in-person and virtually, to support the HCM implementation.
• Partner with Change Management consultant as needed to align process training to change roadmap
