Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain instructional materials, including courses and curriculum.
• Create student guides and training manuals; document system processes for ERP.
• Partner with leadership and SMEs to design, create, and deliver training for Water Solutions and Services division teams.
• Apply technical writing techniques to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Optimize learning by designing clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Create visual, audio, and/or interactive learning materials.
