Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams. You will gather, analyze, and translate complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations, while leveraging AI tools to speed documentation, testing, and process modeling.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Oracle CPQ experience, 1–3 years in BA roles, and a solid foundation in SQL, Python, and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to draft requirements and test scripts.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems (Oracle EBS/CPQ) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a Business Analyst role for Oracle CPQ.
• Familiarity with Agile vs. Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements for Oracle CPQ with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) to draft processes and test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations in Oracle CPQ are defect-free and orderable.
• Simplify BOMs, rule logic, and offering structures with Product Management and Engineering.
• Drive SKU reduction, product cancellation analysis, and catalog simplification.
• Work with developers to clarify requirements and validate post-development.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to verify configuration rules for smooth order flow.
• Design test plans and scripts for BOMs and configuration changes.
