Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Experience using modern AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT) for drafting requirements and test scripts.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile vs Waterfall software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Factory teams; translate into technical specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, process modeling and test case generation.
• Ensure Oracle CPQ configurations are defect-free, orderable and compliant with standards.
• Simplify BOMs, rule logic and offer structures in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Drive SKU reduction and catalog simplification; analyze product cancellations.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and validate post-development.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to ensure smooth Sales Orders processing.
• Design test plans, scenarios and scripts to verify BOMs and configuration changes.
• Work effectively in an Agile environment to deliver ERP/CRM implementations.
