Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud leader to own and grow a portfolio across strategic accounts in a hybrid work model. You will drive executive relationships, shape transformation roadmaps, and lead multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud programs from pursuit to delivery.

You will partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliances to qualify and close opportunities, while developing GTM strategies and guiding cross-functional teams. Strong P&L and program leadership are essential.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance preferred.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.
Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
Successful incumbent will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Transformations.
Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs.
Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud.
Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change
Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making
