Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud leader to own and grow a portfolio across strategic accounts in a hybrid work model. You will drive executive relationships, shape transformation roadmaps, and lead multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud programs from pursuit to delivery.

You will partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliances to qualify and close opportunities, while developing GTM strategies and guiding cross-functional teams. Strong P&L and program leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
• Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance preferred.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
• Successful incumbent will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Transformations.
• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs.
• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud.
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making

Your role and responsibilities

Hybrid roles are expected to perform their primary duties from a combination of IBM location, client sites or work at home. This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US."
