Job summary

Oracle is seeking an As Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Distribution to drive growth and delivery across Oracle Cloud Distribution initiatives. This role combines executive advisory, strategic account expansion, and large-scale transformation delivery to expand market presence, grow revenue, and shape go-to-market strategies.

The incumbent will own a portfolio, partner across sales and alliance teams, and mentor teams while guiding complex Oracle Cloud transformations to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Oracle Cloud experience including Supply Chain and Distribution.
• Proven track record selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformations.
• Experience leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through business development and executive relationship management.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to close new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline targets.
• Develop account growth strategies to expand Oracle Cloud services.
• Lead the delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud Distribution transformations.
• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes for project delivery.
• Lead design conversations with clients on Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead executive workshops and roadmap discussions.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud adoption and operating-model transformation.
• Mentor project teams and guide clients in cloud adoption and data-driven decisions.
