Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud Program Manager (Public Sector/K12) to lead delivery for state and local government clients across the US. The role requires travel to customer sites and permanent full-time commitment within IBM Government Delivery teams.

You will orchestrate multi-year engagements, drive customer success, and expand IBM service lines by leveraging Oracle Cloud expertise and ERP/HCM SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of consulting experience, with at least 6 years at IBM managing projects for public sector clients.
• Experience with ERP and HCM SaaS, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Proven architect/solutions specialist or project manager with a track record in business development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across senior client stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of public sector processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for a portfolio of public sector projects with multi-year engagements.
• Partner with client executives to define strategy and align with IBM delivery goals.
• Write accurate statements of work and manage scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Establish best practices and client advocacy within IBM delivery teams.
• Direct cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors, to meet objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue profitable revenue growth.
