Job summary

International Business Machines Corporation is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Lead to join our IBM Consulting team. This full-time, remote role (US-wide) involves leading global Oracle HCM implementations, with travel to client sites as needed.

You will provide technical oversight, engage with clients, design solutions, and drive revenue opportunities across multiple industries while mentoring teams and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of consulting in Oracle HCM implementations.
• 4+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations.
• HDL Conversions, Transformation fast formulas, and HSDL Loads experience.
• Able to explain and demonstrate Oracle templates to clients.
• Experience in HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Custom payroll flows.
• Experience in BPM Workflow Approval rules – FSM and BPM.
• Experience in Fast formulas development.
• Experience in creating Custom roles and auto-provisioning rules.
• Knowledge of building Application extensions using VBCS.
• Familiar with SSO configurations with various IDP providers.
• Able to manage client expectations and drive satisfaction.
• Manages a team including training and career development.
• Facilitates open communications between employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for estimates and statements of work.
• Support engagements with portfolio knowledge to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Interface with clients and develop opportunities with IBM offerings.
• Design quality solutions and advise on IBM strategy and implementation approaches.
• Identify opportunities for new or follow-on business and create change orders.
• Contribute to project plans and work breakdown structures.
• Refine solution design models using IBM toolset.
• Collaborate with client tech staff to resolve requirements.
• Monitor implementation status and report risks, estimates, or schedules.
• Assist with proposal development, design reviews, risk analyses, and client presentations.
