Job summary

International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) Consulting seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to drive implementation and configuration across Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle activities, coordinate across functional teams, and advise on best practices for public sector clients.

A Master’s degree is preferred, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead with 5-7+ years of implementing Oracle Cloud
• Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation; experience with Absence, OTL, Payroll modules preferred
• Experience with public sector clients (state governments, counties, cities) is a plus
• Experience with monthly/quarterly patch testing, impact analysis, and testing
• Ability to lead the full software development lifecycle from analysis to unit testing
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and organized attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Consult on functional best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM policies
• Configure and manage Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR/Benefits/Compensation applications
• Provide guidance on business processes and implementations
• Publish weekly status reports to project management
• Coordinate efforts between module resources for optimal solutions
• Act as Oracle Cloud HCM SME to map business requirements to configurations
• Maintain system processes and documentation; suggest changes
• Assist with process improvements and insights into best practices
• Provide support in key system processes and integrations
