Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Graduate of NBSTSA accredited Surgical Technologist program; certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Scrub on all surgical procedures in the Operating Room.
• Assist physician as a secondary circulator.
• Prepare and organize instruments, supplies based on procedure cards.
• Maintain aseptic technique and report any deviations.
• Provide on-call coverage where applicable.
