Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Surgical Technology program.
• Certification as Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within no more than 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and assist in maintaining sterile field.
• Prepare operating rooms with instruments, equipment and supplies.
• Anticipate instrument and equipment needs during procedures and assist the team.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the perioperative area.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses and anesthesia providers for efficient workflow.
