Qualifications

• Successful completion of Surgical Technology program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• High School Diploma or GED within one year of hire.
• Orientation and competency requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile field and assist in procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms with instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate surgeon's instrument needs during procedures.
• Assist perioperative team during surgeries.
• Maintain instrument care and report repairs.
• Support patient safety and regulatory compliance.
