Responsibilities

• Post surgical/procedural cases into the iQueue scheduling system.
• Verify case details including patient identifiers, procedure specifics, anesthesia requirements.
• Schedule PAT appointments or screenings as appropriate.
• Communicate case details and changes to internal departments and vendors.
• Ensure necessary documentations (consents, orders, H&P) are filed prior to procedure.
• Maintain daily OR/procedure schedule and notify stakeholders of changes.
• Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with patients and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and participate in ongoing professional development.
