Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Specialist in Kalamazoo, MI to provide in-room support for MIS procedures and ensure optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. You will bridge clinical teams, SPD, and service lines to maintain smooth OR operations.

The role requires OR technical experience, familiarity with MIS, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with shifts including on-call and possible overnight travel within the region.

Formación

• Experience in OR technical support or surgical services.
• Familiarity with MIS procedures such as laparoscopy or arthroscopy.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up Stryker equipment and verify function before procedures.
• Troubleshoot intraoperative device issues and adjust settings.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown, restocking and inventory.
