Stryker is seeking an On-Site Specialist in Rockford, IL to support OR equipment during MIS procedures and during pre/postoperative phases. You will coordinate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and Stryker service lines to ensure optimal performance and documentation of equipment usage.

The role requires OR experience, familiarity with MIS techniques, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to cover shifts including on-call or overnight as needed.

Qualificações

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-stress situations and provide coverage across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively and troubleshoot endoscopy systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown, cleaning, restocking and basic maintenance.
