Total Vision LLC is a growing optometry group seeking team members to greet patients, perform pretesting, and support doctors with comprehensive eye-care procedures. This role includes administrative duties and travel between practices to ensure smooth patient flow and service quality.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, comfort with a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with optometry equipment. Regular hours with potential after-hours work are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members.
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency with automated equipment used in optometry.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients and take them back for pretesting.
• Handle administrative duties: phones, scheduling, and messages.
• Perform pretesting: blood pressure, NCT, color and stereo, autoperimetry.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; ensure smooth doctor lanes.
• Travel between practices as needed; some after-hours work possible.
