Job summary

Total Vision LLC is seeking a proactive front desk/eyecare assistant in California. You will warmly greet patients, perform pretesting, and manage administrative tasks while coordinating with doctors. The role requires strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced optometry environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients and take them back for pretesting.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and transcribe messages.
• Perform pretesting procedures such as blood pressure, NCT, color and stereo, and autoperimetry.
• Relay patient history to the doctor and assist with lens orders.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; travel between practices as needed.
• Support after-hour projects and adhere to safety protocols.
