EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an Optometric Technician to support optometrists in delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience. You will assist with initial testing using optical equipment to prepare patients for exams and ensure efficient flow in a clinic setting.

This role requires strong people skills, basic office duties, and the ability to operate ophthalmic testing devices. The team emphasizes HIPAA compliance, teamwork, and commitment to flexible scheduling, including weekends as

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients while delivering great medical support.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA.
• Practice urgency at all times placing value on a patient’s time and the doctor’s schedule.
• Operate manual lensometer, auto-lensometer, autorefractor/keratometer, retinal camera, visual field, GDX or OCT.
• Follow scripting for testing equipment (photos, visual fields, visual activity, etc.).
• Clean all examination equipment including tonometer tip.
• Interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner.
• General office duties and cleaning as assigned by manager.
• Create a positive work environment by being team-oriented and patient-focused.
• Commitment to work hours that may include weekends or extended schedule.
