The position involves supporting eye exams, booking processes, and teamwork with the store staff to deliver a stellar patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical environment is preferred.
• Ability to collect preliminary clinical data accurately.
• Comfort with eye care terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between doctor and patient to build rapport.
• Perform pre-testing data collection (autorefraction, acuity, eye pressure, etc.).
• Support eye exams in person or video assisted when available.
• Train new contact lens insertion/removal techniques for patients and staff.
