Warby Parker is seeking enthusiastic Optometric Technicians to support optometrists in high-volume retail eyeglass stores. You will handle pre-testing, data collection, and training for contact lens insertion/removal, while ensuring smooth eye exam operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between doctor and patient to build rapport.
• Perform preliminary clinical data collection (autorefraction, visual acuity, eye pressure, etc.).
• Support in-person and video-assisted eye exam appointments as available.
• Provide insertion/removal training for contact lenses and train teammates.
• Assist with booking processes, confirmations, and outreach for exams and follow-ups.
• Maintain orderly exam rooms, replenish supplies, and keep equipment clean.
• Support the doctor with accurate data records and reporting as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy policies, and store procedures.
• Assist the retail team as directed by the Store Leader.
