Qualifications

• 1 year of experience delivering customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment.

• Associates degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a related program.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; optical experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and promote products and services to enhance sales.
