Qualifications

• Experience in health care billing and medical insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic office staff, coordinate scheduling and training.
• Oversee on-site tech issues and ticket tracking with UIS.
• Manage charges, payments, third-party billing, and patient balances.
• Maintain patient database with accurate coding and appointments.
• Coordinate with Clinic Director and other staff for patient care and education.
