Responsibilities

• Improve OD NPS and patient retention through excellent service.
• Lead OD labor model and manage pre-test patient flow for optimal experiences.
• Greet patients warmly and answer calls promptly; explain paperwork and services.
• Assist in recruiting doctor support staff and ensure office is clean and organized.
