Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

• Ability to listen actively and communicate clearly.
• Good organization and prioritization; work independently.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient care quality and ensure strong patient flow with OD collaboration.
• Attract new patients and maximize annual eye exam performance.
• Lead and coach staff, manage pre-test process and patient scheduling to optimize the patient journey.
