LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist in Illinois to lead clinical care and drive exceptional patient experiences. You will perform eye exams, diagnose conditions, and collaborate with store teams to meet KPIs while upholding high standards of professional care.

You will maintain licensure, participate in continuing education, and leverage advanced technologies to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry is required.
• Commitment to quality patient care is essential.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology is expected.
• Strong problem solving ability to diagnose and manage patient care.

Responsibilities

• Leads clinical care and protocols to deliver high-quality optometric services.
