Job summary

LensCrafters in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Full-Time Patient Services Leader to help deliver exceptional eye care experiences and drive store performance.

Partner with the Managing Doctor to ensure each patient receives high-quality optometric care while aligning front-desk, lab and clinical activities to the LensCrafters standard. The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven improvement and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates consistently exceed patient service targets.
• Communicate importance of an annual eye exam and TAB performance.
• Attract new patients to the practice.
• Lead through the OD labor model and manage pre-test patients.
• Greet patients warmly and manage calls promptly.
• Explain paperwork, tests, insurance benefits and timelines.
• Maintain patient data in TAB and prepare charts the night before.
