Job summary

Acuity Eyecare group is seeking a licensed Doctor of Optometry to conduct eye exams, diagnose vision problems, prescribe eyewear and medications, and provide pre- and postoperative care as needed. The optometrist will educate patients, build long-term relationships, and promote eye health.

You will collaborate with staff to ensure optimal patient care, communicate treatment options clearly, and help patients understand lens coatings and designs while supporting practice growth.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry required.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams and diagnose vision problems.
• Perform vision tests and analyze results.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care for eye surgery patients.
