Acuity Eyecare Group is seeking an Optometrist to conduct comprehensive eye exams, educate patients, and support practice growth. The role emphasizes establishing lasting patient relationships and delivering high-quality ocular care.

The optometrist will evaluate health and ocular history, prescribe eyewear and medications, and participate in postoperative care when needed, while promoting eye health.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams and evaluate ocular health.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through education.
• Take verbal interview to assess health and ocular history and patient needs.
• Prescribe eyewear, contact lenses, and medications as appropriate.
• Promote eye health and educate patients on lens care and regular exams.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care when patients undergo eye surgery.
