Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice optometry in the state.
• Ability to perform comprehensive eye exams and assess ocular health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision testing.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through education and care.
• Interview patients to gather health and ocular history and reasons for visit.
• Preserve patient autonomy while advising on lenses, medications, and therapies.
• Provide postoperative and preoperative care related to eye procedures.
• Educate patients on eye health, lens options, and proper lens care.
