Qualifications

• Requires Doctorate of Optometry and licensure.
• Must have passed optometric state boards.
• Experience in eye exams and patient education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams and vision tests.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through care and education.
• Interview patients to assess ocular history and needs.
• Advise patients on refractive options and treatments, with staff handoff as needed.
• Generate patient loyalty and promote Acuity Eyecare Group values.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care when applicable.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure optimal lens selections.
