Acuity Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor of Optometry to perform comprehensive eye exams and educate patients on eyecare, while building lasting relationships to support practice growth.

You will diagnose vision problems, prescribe eyewear and medications, and provide pre- and postoperative care as needed, all conducted within the scope of licensure. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams to assess visual acuity and ocular health.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through education and care.
• Perform verbal interviews to determine health history and visual needs.
• Instruct and advise patients on remediation options for refractive and ocular conditions.
• Generate patient loyalty and promote Acuity Eyecare Group values.
• Perform vision tests and analyze results to determine diagnosis.
• Diagnose sight problems and manage eyeglasses, contacts, and medications.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care for eye surgeries.
