Qualifications

• Performs comprehensive eye exams and patient education.

• Interprets health and ocular history to guide examinations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts eye exams and vision tests.
• Diagnoses refractive errors and ocular diseases.
• Prescribes glasses, contacts, and medications as appropriate.
• Recommends treatments such as vision therapy or low-vision rehabilitation.
• Provides postoperative care and follow-up for eye surgeries.
• Educates patients on eye health and lens options.
